Shaping Futures: Translation Empire at Riphah University Job Fair 2025 and COMSATS Industrial Connect Fall ’25
The Fall 2025 Job Fair season started off strong as Translation Empire took part in two notable university events in Islamabad: the Riphah University Job Fair 2025 and the COMSATS Industrial Connect Fall ’25. Both fairs were great chances to meet new talent, get alumni more involved, and show students the various new career paths that are opening up in the translation, localisation, and digital industries.
These events that happened one after the other showed how Pakistan’s universities are training ambitious graduates who want to work for companies that focus on global communication, technology integration, and corporate social responsibility.
Riphah University Job Fair 2025: A Homecoming for Our Alumni Representatives

It meant a lot to us to be a part of Riphah University’s Job Fair 2025. Two of our team members, Saniya Rizwan (Social Media Manager) and Ayesha Tanveer (Recruiter), had the opportunity to revisit their own University as official representatives of Translation Empire and proud alumni. The warm welcome they got from both faculty and students showed how close Riphah University is to its growing alumni network.
The event was well-organised, and there were a lot of students who wanted to learn more about jobs in translation, digital content, CSR, Linguist Recruitment, and administrative roles. Our hiring and management teams were impressed by how interested and eager the students were about the language services field, its career paths, and the mix of creative and technical jobs that are available at Translation Empire.
Riphah University also set up lunch and tea breaks, which were great times for students and faculty to talk to each other in a casual setting.
At the end of the event, organisers gave out shields of appreciation to the industry experts who took part. Our team proudly received the token on behalf of Translation Empire.

COMSATS Industrial Connect Fall ’25: Innovation Meets Opportunity
Mahnoor Abid, a former student of COMSATS University Islamabad and a valuable member of our recruitment team, returned to her University as a proud alum and a member of our representative team for Translation Empire at the COSATS Industrials Connect. When she came back as part of the employer delegation, she was met with the same warmth and recognition that shows how strong COMSATS’ alumni culture is.
The fair brought together a wide range of student CVs from important departments, such as:
• Computer Science (CS)
• Software Engineering (SE)
• Electrical Engineering (EE)
• Finance and Business
• Studies of the Media
• Students looking for jobs in HR, recruitment, and CSR roles.
This event brought together people from different fields and showed that COMSATS students are highly interested and well informed about connecting technology, communication, and new global industries.

Spotlight on Final-Year Projects: A Glimpse into the Future
The project showcase was one of the most important parts of the event. Our CEO and Software Team’s Manager made time to visit each stall and look over the final-year projects with great interest. They were impressed with how the students explored and showcased the usage of AI, machine learning (ML), and other emerging technologies in a variety of industries, such as:
• Healthcare innovation
• FinTech solutions
• Technology for education (EdTech)
• Automating job searches and hiring
The projects showed a lot of technical depth, creativity, and knowledge of global industry trends, which is a good sign for Pakistan’s growing tech ecosystem.
A Well-Organised, High-Engagement Fair
The Fall ’25 COMSATS Industrial Connect event was well-organised, included tea and lunch, food and drink stalls set up by external vendors, and smooth coordination. More than 110 students showed interest in joining Translation Empire. This shows that there is a growing demand for jobs in translation, localisation, digital operations, and tech-enabled communication services.

A Productive Season of Engagement and Growth
Even though the two events had different structures and audiences, both fairs got our teams very involved. These job fairs reminded us how important it is to keep working with Pakistan’s best universities. We met excited students ready to start their careers, reconnected with alumni, and explore creative final-year projects.
By being a part of such events, Translation Empire continues to uphold its commitment to:
• hiring more graduates across Pakistan
• supporting new talent
• connecting academia and industry
• providing career paths based on training, mentorship, and long-term growth.
We are excited to welcome the next generation of professionals who will shape the future of translation, technology, and global communication as we continue to take part in university outreach programs.
