Connecting Language and Innovation: TE at Bahria University & NUML Rawalpindi
Translation Empire kept up its efforts to reach out to universities by taking part in two of the recent job fairs: the Bahria University Annual Job Fair and the NUML Rawalpindi’s Open-house Event 2025. Both schools gave people a great way to connect with students, academic leaders, and up-and-coming talent who want to work in language services, AI-driven translation, and global communication.
These job fairs showed that more and more Pakistani universities are interested in how languages, technology, and automation are coming together.

NUML Rawalpindi Job Fair: A Natural Alignment with Language-Focused Talent
Translation Empire found the National University of Modern Languages (NUML) in Rawalpindi to be a very inspirational in terms of student outreach. NUML is a well-known university for language-focused academic programs, so it makes sense that it would attract students whose skills matched the translation, interpretation, localisation, and multilingual content roles we have available.

Because of this overlap in academics, students were especially interested in our booth. Many of the people who came showed that they understood careers that involve language and were very interested in job openings in the language services industry.
The level of interaction caught the attention of the university’s management team, who came to our stall to learn more about what we do and how excited the students were. As a sign of thanks and teamwork, Translation Empire was presented with a commemorative shield.
Innovation Through Final-Year Projects
Students showed off tech-based solutions that are useful for modern businesses. Our team looked over projects that focused on AI automation in software, especially those that looked at ways to make communication, data processing, and workflow more efficient.
These projects showed that NUML students were becoming more interested in combining language skills with new technologies. This is a great fit with Translation Empire’s vision for the future.
Bahria University Job Fair: Expanding Conversations Beyond Recruitment
Many of the notable things that happened at NUML also happened at Bahria University. Students were very interested in many different roles, and the university’s management team praised Translation Empire for providing a wide range of job opportunities that go beyond traditional language roles.

Our involvement led to talks not only about hiring graduates, but also about possible partnerships between academia and industry. Bahria University representatives were interested in working together in the future, especially to look into how AI can be used in language services, automated translation, and technology-assisted communication models.
These talks showed that everyone was committed to innovation, research, and getting students ready for jobs that require both language skills and digital transformation.
Strengthening Industry–Academia Collaboration
Both job fairs showed that universities are more and more looking for partnerships with companies that can give students real-world experience, help them learn new technologies, and help them plan their future careers.

Translation Empire is still seen as:
• A forward-thinking employer in the language services sector
• A supporter of AI-driven innovation
• A bridge between academic learning and real-world application through meaningful engagement with students, faculty, and management.
As we reach out to more universities, we look forward to working more closely with schools like NUML Rawalpindi and Bahria University to help the next generation of linguists, technologists, and communication professionals.
