Effective Approach

The past two years and recent world events have forced us to re-evaluate the way we live, making us return to the important things in life. For 2024 I hope that we embrace these realisations and focus on creating spaces that put our physical and mental wellbeing first and are well equipped for the future. The pandemic has shown us that there is a need to create optimistic spaces that enhance the user’s sense of wellbeing. The level of richness that can be achieved by understanding what a space is and what it brings to the wider community is truly remarkable

What daily practices can enhance your wellbeing? Five ways to cultivate wellbeing: 1. Connect – with family, friends, colleagues, and neighbours. Invest time in building relationships. 2. Be active – walk, run, dance, play, discover physical activity and enjoy it. Be present. 3. Take notice – catch sight of the beautiful savour the moment. Be aware of the world around you and reflect the energy. 4. Keep learning – try something new. Rediscover an old interest. Learn to cook, an instrument, learning builds confidence. 5. Give – a simile. Do something nice for a friend. Thank someone. Volunteer for the community
