Empowering Innovation: Translation Empire at CUST’s Industrial Summit
Translation Empire’s team was at CUST University’s Industrial Summit, an engaging on-campus event that brought together a range of brands, organisations, and academic talent. The summit provided a valuable platform for collaboration, visibility, and meaningful interaction for both students and for organisations like ours offering professional language and translation services.

With its varied industry presence, the event created a strong marketing and networking opportunity, allowing companies and students to connect in an environment designed to encourage learning, creativity, and future collaboration.
The student project showcase was one of the best parts of the summit. Students in their last year showed off their academic and technical work from a variety of fields. This gave visitors a taste of the creativity, innovation, and problem-solving skills that CUST actively encourages. These project displays gave our team a good look at how the university teaches and how well the students can use what they learn in the classroom to solve problems in the real world, which is something that is very important to employers.

Commendable Student Engagement
During the event, our stall was always busy with excited students who wanted to learn more about Translation Empire and the jobs that were available in different departments. Students were interested in job openings in the following areas:
• Software and technology
• Operations
• Human Resources
• CSR and Linguist Recruiters(CSR / LR)
The wide range of interests showed that students are becoming more aware of how language services fit into technology, operations, and business functions in a global setting.

An Event to Remember
CUST University made sure that the summit was an inviting place to be. A relaxed networking lunch on campus and a student-led music and open-mic session made the event feel more lively. The show was a celebration of the New Year and showed how much the university values community, student expression, and cultural engagement.

For Translation Empire, the event showed how important it is to connect with new talent and exhibited how language services are essential for business growth and communication around the world.
